The Foundation awarded $3000 to Shaw Woods Outdoor Education Centre for their project- Celebrating Cultural History With An Eye to the Future.

The project will link our historical and cultural history to the present day and provide an opportunity for community organizations to join in a common approach to strengthen our environment and our peoples. Three events will be held: Indigenous Culture and History, Scottish Culture and the Shaw Family History, Shaw Woods Outdoor Education and Environmental Stewardship.

**The 2016 Campaign was made possible by the Community Fund for Canada’s 150th, a collaboration between the PPDCF- 100 Women, the Government of Canada, and extraordinary leaders from coast to coast.
