Dr. Elizabeth Radley-Walters
 
Dr. Elizabeth Radley-Walters was born and raised in Pembroke, Ontario. She graduated from Bishop Smith Catholic High School as an Ontario Scholar in 1998. She then graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, and then went on to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario for four years. She graduated Cum Laude and with Clinic Honours in 2005. She went on to practice in Calgary, Alberta before returning home to "the Valley."
 
Dr. Elizabeth Radley-Walters has post-graduate training from the I.C.P.A (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) in pregnant mother and infant adjusting procedures, including the Webster Technique. As well, Dr. Elizabeth is an ART Certified Provider and has her Advanced Proficiency in Activator Methods (instrument adjusting) . Dr. Elizabeth has also taken her level 1 SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment).
 
Dr. Elizabeth has further certification as a Certified Fitness Leader, Personal Trainer Specialist, Fitness Instructor Specialist, certified FMS Level 1, Pilates MAT, Yoga Exercise Specialist, Yoga Alliance RYT-200 level, Therapeutic Yoga Specialist and is working towards her RYT-500 level.
 
 
 
 
Sharon Singleton
 

Sharon is an experienced yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching both group and private yoga classes in the Valley.  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance RYT 200 level and is currently taking courses through YogaFit Canada to complete her 500 hour certification.  Sharon has a Specialist in Therapeutic yoga, and has taken additional training in Yoga for Cancer Care, and PTSD and Trauma.

 

Sharon is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours BA in Physical Education and also has a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University.  She is a registered group fitness instructor and personal trainer with Can-Fit-Pro

 
 
 
 
Lynn Murphy
 
Lynn obtained her Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification in 1992 and she started teaching the same year; further, she earned her Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification in 2000. Kripalu yoga has been a passion of Lynn's for some time now. Lynn acquired her Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification in 1992 from  the the Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health.  She started teaching classes the same year in North Bay.  A few years later In 1999 she opened North Bay’s first yoga studio. Further, she earned her Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification in 2000 as well as the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Mentor Certification.  In 2005 Lynn moved to Pembroke and remains passionate about teaching yoga and pilates, which she has been doing consistently since 1992, in addition to continuing her career as a social worker at Pembroke Regional Hospital’s Community Mental Health / Social Work Department.
