"Foundation funding would allow us to make our counseling/healing
space more secure, safe and comfortable. We would replace windows
that are broken and cracked that allow snow to come in. We know that
new windows would make this space more welcoming and safe.

Comments from the 100+ Women Committee:

The Women’s Sexual Assault Centre needed to have broken windows replaced as air and snow were coming inside. The rooms need to be warmer, safer, private and more comfortable for survivors. They were awarded $3,500 from the Foundation for this endeavour.
